Shipping

Many of our items are FREE SHIPPING. All other shipping rates will be calculated based on actual shipping costs., Thus, they will vary depending on the shipping location. All shipping rates are calculated based on the cost of both the shipping and handling required to send your item.

Once you have placed your order by purchasing an item, it generally takes up to 1 business day to process your transaction and get your product on its way to you. Most orders placed before noon Eastern Time M-F (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day.

Out of Stock

It is our desire to always have every listed item actively in stock. Occasionally (but very seldom) due to high demand, short supply or human error we may be momentarily out of stock on an item. If this happens you will be issued a full refund or offered the option to wait for it to become back in stock.

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day money back warranty. All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item is stated otherwise in our listing. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number. We ask that you please contact us before attempting to return any products. All returned goods must be in their original state in resalable condition. If the product was used or has been installed, fully or partially, 

then it is non-returnable. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.  If the item was shipped with free shipping you may be responsible for our actual shipping cost.  If so it will be deducted from your refund.

We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that, 1) Are in their original packaging 2) Have original manufacturer information 3)Are not used, installed, or disassembled 4) Are not damaged due to incorrect installation 5) Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or your money will be refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer?s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
